ABOUT BORONIA KITCHEN

Boronia Kitchen was born from a love of food and family. The team is excited to show you what their kitchen cohorts are cooking up and don’t mind if you spend some time enjoying the view of the busy kitchen.

The site on Pittwater Road, has long been a part of the Hunters Hill restaurant scene; in 2018 after it’s new refit, the doors opened to serve Chef Simon Sandall’s simple, freshly prepared vibrant food created for the community.

SIMON SANDALL

Owner and Chef Simon Sandall’s extensive culinary experience began more than 30 years ago in London where he worked in some of the city’s most high-profile restaurants. After moving to Australia, he held the position of Head Chef of ARIA Sydney and Executive Chef across the entire Morsul Group for 10 years. He is passionate about fresh produce and developing dishes for the new seasons and creating meals for the community of Hunters Hill of which he has been a long term local.
