JUNIOR SOUS CHEF - FT

We are seeking an experienced Junior Sous Chef for a full-time role in our Gladesville restaurant.

Boronia Kitchen is a contemporary, local eatery serving home-style food from our open kitchen. Using the absolute best produce from Australia’s air, ocean and land. We are open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner from Wednesday to Sunday.

The successful candidate will be an experienced chef with demonstrated skills who is passionate about the hospitality industry.

The ideal candidate will have:

Relevant cookery qualifications.
Demonstrated recent experience and the capability to work autonomously, quickly, & thrive in a busy team environment.
Great communication skills and a positive attitude.
You will be passionate about creativity, food trends and produce, with the desire to learn and grow with our team!
