When a chef becomes a wine maker
Boronia Kitchen is thrilled to be collaborating with Chef Joshua Mason and his very own wine label ‘Ciel Wines’.
With a refined palate and appreciation for the synergy between food and wine, it was a natural transition for Chef Mason to shift from kitchen to vineyard.
For one night only, he will be joining forces with our very own Simon Sandall for a 4 canapé and 4 course feast alongside carefully selected Ciel wines.
