Guests will savour a banquet crafted by Simon and his team, paired with wines from Petersons Wines and Savannah Estate, two of the Hunter Valley’s most esteemed family-owned wineries.
The evening’s ambiance will be elevated by a live performance from Hunters Hill Music, featuring Australian Chamber Orchestra cellist Julian Thompson, violinist Glenn Christensen and Sydney Symphony Orchestra Principals Justin Williams and Lerida Delbridge, performing one of the greatest and most beloved chamber works of all time, Schubert’s Cello Quintet.
