Rum lovers will not want to miss this collab with with local Rozelle legends Red Mill Rum.

Working with Head Distiller David Fesq, we will take you through their range with a rum flight and also treat you to a rum cocktail on arrival.

Best of all, each dish on the menu has been inspired by rum using cut cane spirits, pineapple rum and spiced and stormy jelly - to name a few!
