Working with Head Distiller David Fesq, we will take you through their range with a rum flight and also treat you to a rum cocktail on arrival.
Best of all, each dish on the menu has been inspired by rum using cut cane spirits, pineapple rum and spiced and stormy jelly - to name a few!
